Returns & Refunds policy(Flowers, Balloons & Event)

Flower Orders

  • Flower details will be shared separately at the time of order

  • For any quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos

Payments

  • 50% payment is required on the day of booking (non-refundable)

  • The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for a possible partial refund

  • Custom and event orders are non-refundable

Responsibility & Liability

Once installation is complete, the client is fully responsible for all purchased products.

The client is responsible for supervising use and preventing misuse of:

  • Balloons

  • Helium

  • Equipment and materials

The client agrees to hold Yourstyle2be, including its owners and employees, harmless from any liability related to:

  • Slipping on balloons (inflated or broken)

  • Latex allergies

  • Access to balloons/materials by children or adults

  • Choking hazards (e.g., balloons in mouth)

  • Injuries caused by popping balloons (eye, facial, or body)

  • Hearing loss or shock from balloon popping

  • Any physical injury, damage, or health issue including (but not limited to):

    Suffocation

  • Dizziness or unconsciousness

  • Loss of sight or hearing

  • Broken body parts

  • Property damage or death
